Summary:
This popular vacation condo has an excellent view of the ocean, and of the gorgeous resort grounds. The resort has 4 swimming pools, swim up bar, restaurant, Sky Bar Rooftop Lounge, beautiful walking paths, beach volleyball, putting greens, and community BBQ grills. The resort is located smack in the middle of the most popular tourist area in the entire town called "Sandy Beach" with many restaurants, nightclubs and shops within walking distance.
The Space:
The balcony is everyones favorite part of the condo for enjoying views, and ocean breezes! This condo has a nice big kitchen and open space to the dining room and living room. Comfortable seating for all the guests, and a nice TV area. The 2 bedrooms are comfortable, sparkling clean and have nice window coverings. The condo has 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room.
The Neighborhood:
Puerto Penasco, also known as Rocky Point, is a charming seaside town located in the northern part of the Mexican state of Sonora. The town is well-known for its beautiful sandy beaches that stretch along the Sea of Cortez. The beaches in Puerto Penasco offer visitors a diverse range of experiences, from secluded coves perfect for a romantic getaway, to lively beaches teeming with activity.

Best view on property, could see Bay and Downtown from living room or bedroom. Closest walk to the beach - 2 restaurants within 4 min walk, 3 others about 7 min. Beach was 5 min walk. Great!

Our stay was amazing! Gaby the host was extremely communicative and available for anything we might have needed during our stay! The condo was beautiful and clean, the property and amenities were AMAZING! Super short walk to the beach. We had an amazing time!

We had a wonderful time. The place was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful especially at night. Our host was very nice and willing to help with whatever we needed.
