About this house rental
This beautiful stone house, renovated and comfortable, and its large garden, are located in the village of Gourbit near 900 meters above sea level, in Ariège. Its dominant position gives it a 180 ° view of the village and surrounding mountains.
Ideal for a weekend or a week quiet and surrounded by nature: hiking, fishing, mountain biking, thermal baths and casino (Ax les Thermes 30min), Andorra at 1:15.
All shops are Tarascon-sur-Ariège, 10min by car.
This house of 120m2 is composed of: a ground floor, a floor, a garage, a parking and a large garden (340m2).
On the ground floor is the American kitchen, the dining room, the cellar, the toilet and the living room.
On the floor is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet and access to the garage.
The garage allows access to the floor without going down, it also stores business but not to park cars.
Concerning the keys: 2 sets of keys are provided (2 keys of the door of entrance and 2 keys of the door garage-rooms, as well as a remote control of the door of the garage)
Gourbit is a small mountain village located 900m above sea level. It is a quiet place in the heart of the mountains, close to ski resorts, on the road to Andorra.
The nearest cities are:

- Ax les Thermes at 30km
- Foix at 20km

Location, gite and experience was lovely. Regrettably the lawn was nothing like as pristine as external photograph implied and the electric shutter to patio doors was defective/half closed the entire time. Alfresco and enjoyment of the view from dining area was materially hindered accordingly.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house in Gourbit. All the rooms was big and we really found peace here. Recommend others to rent this property.The accommodation was clean, big and has a lovely atmosphere. We would like to come back soon!

Great place, relaxed owner, nice neighbors. A lot of things to do in the area.
