A Gulf-front condo in the northern end of Holmes Beach on a quiet side street — Seaside Beach House #201 sits in a ten-unit complex with a heated pool at the beachside and direct beach access stretching for miles in both directions.
The second full bathroom was added as a recent upgrade — a master bathroom with shower and a guest bathroom with tub and shower combination. For a group of four sharing a two-bedroom unit, two full bathrooms make the mornings genuinely manageable. The covered parking space is included — a practical advantage in a complex where parking is limited. The stack washer and dryer inside the unit handles the week's beach clothes without shared laundry coordination.
The kitchen was renovated with all-new cabinetry and is fully equipped for meals at home. Two bedrooms sleep four. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom.
High-speed WiFi included.
The beachfront balcony faces the Gulf directly for morning coffee and evening sunsets.

The condo was exactly as listed! Master bedroom is HUGE. We had the pool completely to ourselves most of the stay. The beach was well maintained and never crowded. We will definitely be back to this smaller condo building in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the very well appointed condo. It was as comfortable as home only better. My only problem was with the dryer. It works very slowly and I think the problem is the lint filter. It doesn’t seem to be very well cleaned. This makes it works slower but can also be a fire hazard. That needs a deep vacuum.

The location is great. The condo needs updating and a deep clean. I couldn't tell if the carpet was old and crusty or new and very cheap. The condo smelled like mildew upon first arriving. The master bathroom shower had mold along the edges of the shower door. The baseboards in the unit were dirty. The table on the lanai was too large for the area. I recommend a high top as the chairs on the lanai are at railing level and it's hard to see the beach. We had issues with the door lock. The property management company was very responsive but the maintenance man went to the wrong unit and the problem wasn't fixed until later in the day. He had to come back and replace the locking unit. A refrigeration tech had to come out due to a poorly fitting freezer gasket. My friend complained about the twin mattress being uncomfortable. Be aware that there are three flights of stairs to the condo so if you have a hard time with stairs this may be a real challenge. While laying at the pool a health inspector came to check the water and he closed the pool down due to unsuitable water conditions. So I am sure I sound like I am being picky but I am being honest. I would not stay here again.
