A private heated pool, outdoor shower, propane grill, stainless-steel appliances, cable TV, wireless internet, nationwide calling, and private laundry facilities are included with this marvelous beach getaway. Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Pros: Location. Management was responsive when we called for broken luggage rack, missing corkscrew, bathroom door assembly loose.
Cons: Cleaning was marginal. Not thoroughly scrubbed.
Lack of maintenance on things that could be easily addressed: rusty shower curtain rod, rust around the toilet area, rust in kitchen sink sponge holder, rusty grill (we decided not to use the grill), older worn and unappealing pool area furniture. Paint job really needs to be refreshed. All of this is easily fixable and it clearly has been this way for a while. This takes away from the vacation vibe. If management would put some TLC into this property it would shine.
