With a bright green-colored exterior and vibrant greenery surrounding the property, LaBella Casa is hard to miss! And, you wouldn’t want to miss this home! Its interior is stunning, spacious, and recently renovated and the amenities are endless! Just minutes walking distance from Holmes Beach and nestled on a quiet residential street, LaBella Casa is sure to be a perfect fit for all vacationers!
When you arrive at LaBella Casa, you’ll notice the towering palm trees and the perfectly manicured lawn that surrounds the home, the balcony, and the porch space on the ground floor. Just inside on the second floor, you’ll walk into the common area. This area is open-concept and delicately decorated with light blues and pale yellows. The kitchen is large and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island with a breakfast bar for three. Just beyond the kitchen is the dining area. The dining table seats six guests and there is access to the balcony via sliding glass doors in this room. The living room is the epitome of relaxing as it offers a large sectional couch, two matching yellow armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. Guests can also access the balcony from the living room’s sliding glass doors. The balcony is spacious, has an outdoor lounge seating , and views of the Gulf.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the third bedroom features two twin beds. The second full-sized bathroom is shared between the second and third bedrooms and has a shower-tub combo. LaBella Casa has a full-sized washer and dryer for guests to use.
LaBella Casa’s amenities don’t stop here, though. On the ground floor, there is a game room with a pool table, a ping pong table, a bar-height table, and additional seating. Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Pros: The house was gorgeous, it had everything we needed, the kids loved the pool and ping pong in the basement, the location was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Cons: the ice maker, washer, and hot tub didn't work during our stay. The Sato Real Estate company did make efforts to fix these items, but were unsuccessful. They did work with the owners to make things right. We would stay here again!

We had an amazing vacation! The house was perfect, very clean, spacious and the ideal location. We had 3 teenagers with us and they were able to easily navigate the island from the house. The beach is so close, in less than 2 minutes your feet are in the sand. If you’re considering this property don’t wait, book it.

Beautiful location very close & easy walking to the beach The house lay out is great,all on one floor. Check in was easy. As for the house furnishing it is need of some updating, namely couch, dirty, uncomfortable, living room rugs need shampooing or replacing, stained. House needs a deep cleaning,of all blinds,wood work.etc. Hot Tub never worked for the whole month of Feb. Property Management did make every effort to get it to work. ( need new one). In all fairness the response from them was great in all other areas. Owner needs to invest in furnishing
