Come enjoy our Cozy Condo right in the heart of the White Mountains. Conveniently located just a short walk to Waterville Valley Town Square, White Mountain Athletic Club, Waterville Valley Adventure Center and one shuttle bus stop away from the Waterville Valley Ski Lifts, you can easily enjoy all the valley has to offer.
The upscale two bedroom unit is easily accessible on one floor, with a master suite & bath and a second wheelchair accessible bathroom. Curl up by the fire (gas - so convenient!), or enjoy the screened-in porch. Fully equipped kitchen includes new Induction Range with Air Fry Oven, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishwasher and conveniently located Washer/Dryer. Flexible sleeping space with a Queen bed and twin sleeper chair in the master bedroom, twin bunk beds with pull-out twin trundle in the second bedroom, and extra space with a pull-out double bed in the living room for families who wish to spread out. Surf the internet using the complimentary wireless internet access. Enjoy streaming your music, or access your streaming media services via AppleTVs in the living area and master bedroom.
Waterville Valley Activities (note fees may apply):
Summer/Fall: 9-hole golf course, clay tennis courts, hiking, and walking for all abilities. Enjoy a picnic, swimming or paddle boat rentals at Corcoran’s Pond. Catch some trout in the Mad River. Rent a mountain bike and tackle dozens of trails, including several accessible via Snow’s Chairlift. Try your hand at disc golf, or take a One Wheel lesson!
Winter: Use our ski closet for your convenience. Free shuttle to downhill skiing, enjoy the Nordic Center with plenty of cross-country trails for skate and classic skiing, tubing, fat tire bikes, snowshoeing
Year round: Enjoy shopping and dining at the Town Square and special events like live music and fireworks!
WMAC MEMBERSHIP -- Our Valley Condo has membership to the White Mountain Athletic Center. Guests are welcome to use the facilities with a guest fee of $20 pp or max. $50 per family (per day). WMAC has indoor /outdoor pools, indoor tennis, fitness equipment and classes, and spa services! It is 1-min. drive or 7-min stroll to the WMAC.
Please note our rental rules:
Minimum Age 24
NO Smoking (cannabis, tobacco, vaping) inside or within 100' of property. No refund of security deposit if smoking occurs.
Trash must be removed upon departure.
No Pets
Maximum number of guests: 5
Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited
Safety features at this property include a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector
Other important information:
***Summer guests please note we do not have a/c. The mountain breeze is typically quite comfortable and small fans are provided.
***Not equipped for young children under 3 (not baby proofed)
***Short Term rental guests are not allowed to bring pets into the condo. However, full disclosure, our condo is NOT a pet-free environment. The previous owner had a dog and we have a non-shedding, hypoallergenic small dog. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.

We are a little behind the times and this was our first time renting a vrbo, we had a wonderful stay! We stayed for four nights with our teenagers and their friend. It was very clean and comfortable, and Melinda was so nice about answering questions promptly and giving recommendations. We did a couple of day trips (Weir's Beach and Flume Gorge), enjoyed swimming at the Eddy up the road and had a nice meal at Coyote Grill. It was nice having such a lovely home base to head back to at the end of the day. I'd love to come back to check out the winter activities!
