About this house rental
We invite you to enjoy our wonderful home on your next trip to Orlando. Absolutely perfect for multi-family groups or golf groups, this property features all the comforts of home and more! Plus as our guest you get to enjoy all the amenities of the resort such as the lazy river, splash pool for the kids, 2 other large pools, tennis courts, fully equipped exercise room, on site cinema, arcade games, and family restaurant.
You will feel immediately relaxed as you enter our 8 bedroom, 6 bathroom executive home which comfortably sleeps up to 19 .
The Home:
The living area offers plenty of space for all guests to spread out. For family get-togethers the dining area is ideal for sharing a meal around the elegant dining table or just to have a quick meal at the kitchen breakfast bar.
The bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances and utensils that you would expect in your own home. There is also a full-size washer and dryer on the 2nd floor for your convenience.
Why not take a dip in your very own Private Pool and Spa? Make the most of the famous Florida sunshine at any time during the day with the conveniently located south-facing pool, an ideal place to sit and relax on the sun loungers or have an outdoor meal around the patio table by the pool.

- 8BR - 10BR homes: park up to 5 regular vehicles
Others:
** Pool and SPA Heat Fee $45 per day after tax, must remain on for the entire duration of the stay, if requested. Please request pool heat at least 5 days before your arrival.
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

Emily was very responsive to any question and the house had lots of room and looked just like picts. Over all great house! The only thing we did not like is no parking in street when you have several cars and no room in other lot. Also bedding in master on first floor could use a blanket …bedding was very thin and also keeping air at 73 was not great it was hot in house-when we arrived also you get very little or non like paper towels garbage bags and toilet paper or dish soap.. last house we stayed at had lots. I also do not like renting grill next house will have one

We have rented homes in the Windsor community for a few years and enjoy their clubhouse and the lazy river. Each house has been similar yet different. This house has the garage outfitted with an air hockey, pool table, and a foosball, which the kids loved. We paid to have the pool heated and had no problems with that. The house had all the basics that were listed. The only thing we were disappointed in were the kitchen pots and pans. For a house that sleeps about 20 people, the pots and pans were only for 2-4 people. There isn't a pot big enough to boil spaghetti. We had to buy some disposable pans and a big pot (which I brought home). We cooked most of our meals because we have family members who are dairy and gluten free and it's easier to eat at home with special dietary needs. Also, there was only one kitchen towel. So come prepared if you plan to use the kitchen.
