The resort is lovely with many entertainment options. It is inside Disney property, so very convenient for the Disney parks. I don't know if they had any transportation to the parks, as we were not visiting them. The mini golf course is right outside the building with equipment available for play. The A/C in our unit wasn't working, which we didn't realize until the following morning, and the maintenance staff repaired it very quickly as soon as they were notified. For my fellow coffee drinkers, they have a pot based maker (not Keurig) but provide coffee and filters to at least get your stay started. We didn't run out until the day we left, so I don't know if they refill it for you. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the freezer has an ice maker but you'll need to turn it on.I gave the checkin process only three starts because this is part of a time share resort, and part of the check in process involves being sent to an agent who tries to convince you to come to a presentation. We were so tired from a day at Universal that all I wanted was to get in the room, so that bit of extra time spent checking in was not want I wanted to do at 10:30 at night. You can check in late (up until midnight I believe) without special accommodation, so that was convenient.We would certainly come back again. The unit was lovely, well equipped, and had many amenities.

We had a great time at this resort. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, had amazing views of the resort and even Hollywood Studios. Never had any issues so we never needed to reach out to the owner for help. A wonderful stay!

Lovely family friendly property I have visited as a group at least a dozen times. But the NEW parking fees are insane! Paying for open air, uncovered, parking?? And being charged when you leave and return??? Insane. There is no logical reason to charge for the parking. Everyone has to drive so everyone has a car. Will definitely make me look at other options for my next visit.
