-Tower 4 and the Tower 4 parking area will undergo construction from September 3, 2025, through September 30, 2026.
Tower 5 Renovation Project
-Tower 5 will be closed for interior and exterior renovations from September 12, 2026, through November 20, 2026.
-The Tower 5 Pool and Lazy River will be closed for renovations from September 12, 2026, through December 1, 2026.
-Exterior renovations to Tower 5 are scheduled from September 2026 through November 2027.
While it is very uncommon, we are not responsible if the resort is running late on check-in time as housekeeping/room turnover is entirely controlled by the resort. That said, the resort will happily stow your luggage while you wait and allow you to begin using the amenities (such as swimming pools).

host was aways available and quick responses to my questions. The suite was exceptionally clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, make coffee, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toaster. The rooms were very spacious. The resort had everything we needed, very clean and loved the lake!

Location is excellent for WDW family vacation. The grounds and pool areas are beautiful - true to the website pictures. We had a 2 bedroom suite, with 2 bathrooms - full kitchen and washing machine really came in handy. Only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars overall because the room had a heavy smoke smell and the view from our balcony was a parking lot construction site. Everything else was amazing. We would definitely recommend this site.

We stayed here with our four children and it was absolutely perfect. There was so much to do and it had everything that our large family needed. We will definitely be back!

No issues with the host at all, no complaints there.The resort was a disappointment. We have stayed at this resort several times and had high expectations. We will look at other resorts going forward. Our room was not clean. The master shower was bad, gunk in all the crevices and there was writing on the glass from a previous guest that would not have been there had it been cleaned and wiped down properly. The tub button for the jets was caked with crud. The kitchen cabinets were filthy. Something had been spilled down them and there was no effort made to wipe it off, just dried liquid down multiple cabinets. The carpet was wet near the windows and sliding door and the tile floor did not appear or feel clean. Our room was not stocked as we thought it would be with basic items like shampoo, body wash, and towels. I had to request the wash, shampoo, and conditioner be refilled twice and after they came, it was replaced but those bottles were still empty. They did bring clean towels, but even with washing them, 4 towels was not enough for 6 guests. A big issue for me was our safety. There were a lot of staff members lurking around the property. Housekeepers sitting in the elevator hall on her phone, groups of men (not doing anything) hanging around the parking garage and in the halls. It made me uncomfortable and even my teens didn't feel safe in the halls alone. It was unsettling, and I am usually not one to mind things like that.We probably won't be back.
