Situated in a Site of Special Scientific Interest, which is rich in bird and wildlife. The area offers great walking and cycling from doorstep, the Coastal Route is popular with enthusiasts.
A great place to return to is the lovely lawn garden with seating furniture and delightful uninterrupted countryside views, or a short walk away is the award-winning pub serving good food. Nearby are the glorious sandy beaches at Sea Palling, Waxham and Horsey Gap, often visited by seals with their pups during winter months. Visit the famous lighthouse at Happisburgh, Sea Palling with shops, café, restaurants and jet ski hire for the adrenaline seekers! Wroxham, known as capital of the Norfolk Broads, 9 miles, has many waterside cafés, restaurants, shops and daily river trips and daily boat hire available. You can also catch the Bure Valley Steam Railway here for a wonderful trip to the market town of Aylsham, or take the train to Cromer, which is a traditional seaside resort with pier and promenade. The nearest village is Stalham, with its supermarket, shops, cafés and restaurants.
Historical attractions include many National Trust properties including Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall and Horsey Windpump. Cosyleigh is a fab studio - it has everything you need there; it’s in a good location to explore local beaches and national trust places. There is a couple of good pubs in driving distance and a supermarket. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday. The owners are very helpful.

HILLY&JULIAN were there to meet us on arrival, place was fantastic, every thing you needed for a lovely relaxing holiday. Everything you needed for your dog, and a lovely garden, including a holiday dog tag giving information relating to Cosyleigh if it ran off. And a lovely welcome pack. Looking forward to visiting again.Mick&Yvonne

Fabulous property for a couple. Very comfortable and quiet. Has everything you could possibly need for a holiday. Wish had been able to stay longer.

A nice stay at this small 'cottage'.Excellent for getting out to the coast and walks on the beach.Pleasant location with good views from the back windows.....small garden to sit in on summer evenings.......but the weather was not that brilliant when we were there so we did not do this. Winterton-On-Sea and Holkham beach are to be recommended.Lovely owner who lives next door.
