A couple of issues to start with - one with the cleaning company (sorted immediately) and a prima donna of a toaster (sorted within 24 hours) but the lovely owners did everything possible to make things right at once and ensure that our holiday went smoothly. Nice location, very well equipped and supplied cottage, quirky upside-down design with a lovely first floor deck/balcony. It was also a lot more spacious than we expected. We would definitely use this one again, not least because the owners were so brilliant with us. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Lovely little terraced cottage. Some neighbour noise did come through but it was only music and it's pretty quiet overall. The cottage is well stocked with everything you need. We were allowed to use the boatyard slipway for launching our sit on kayaks which was ideal. The boatyard is busy during the day so access for a vehicle is interesting at times. The mattress is a bit hard for our liking but we slept well. It's right on the Broads with easy access to boats for hire and within 15 mins of the coast and good access to Stalham which has a Tesco and various take-aways.
