Villa Skouli is a, contemporary villa boasting a superb infinity pool and magnificent panoramic views—perfect for capturing those must-have holiday photos to share with friends and family. Tucked away in a peaceful orange grove in the charming village of Skouli, the villa enjoys an elevated position that offers complete privacy, yet it's just a short drive from the traditional town of Polis and the vibrant marina and beaches of Latchi.
Accommodating up to eight guests, this modern retreat is set over two levels and is designed with comfort and style in mind. The ground floor features an open-plan lounge and dining area, tastefully decorated with a relaxed, modern aesthetic, which seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen. Also on this level is a twin bedroom and an adjacent shower room—ideal for guests who prefer ground-floor accommodation.
A marble staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find three additional bedrooms. The principal bedroom is a spacious, dual-aspect double with its own en-suite bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi bath and access to a large balcony with sweeping valley views. Two further twin bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, complete the upper floor. One of the twins also opens onto the shared balcony, making it perfect for families or friends holidaying together. A handy utility area is also located on this level for added convenience.
Step outside, and the magic of Villa Skouli truly comes to life. The expansive infinity pool, complete with a Jacuzzi section, appears to cascade over the edge of the grounds into the valley below—offering truly breathtaking views. Amazing location, spacious villa and fantastic pool with the most stunning views!! Very peaceful and surrounded by gorgeous orange groves.

Fantastic private location in the middle of an orange grove on a mountainside with a great pool and lovely views. The garden and the exterior ambience was very well maintained. Each bedroom had its own personal bathroom, in addition to the beautiful view, which was a great advantage. The interior (especially in the kitchen) is a bit old overall, but it worked. In just 5 minutes you were at a very rural supermarket by car, otherwise there were some nice hiking destinations in the vicinity, and it was about 20 minutes by car to the sea. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and communication was extremely easy and quick. All in all, highly recommended if you like solitude and the scent of oranges ;-)

We visited the villa with 6 people for one week and had a really nice stay! The view was excellent and the pool was in very good condition. Because of that people came randomly to clean and Check the appartement without any prior notice. We didnt have a problem with that but maybe other people do. The dishes were enough but not for two meals in a row.. we had to clean it up every time to have clean ones the next meal. Some of the sunlounger were a little bit broken but not that much. The communication was excellent, the Company answers within an hour and very polite all the time. Because of all circumstances we rate 4 out of 5 Stars, our visit was very good but not Perfect.
