Villa Pepita is located on Almeria's beach promenade. It is a cosy new apartment with tasteful decoration. In around 15 minutes you can walk along the beachfront to the city centre, there is no need for a car.
If you fancy a few relaxing days discovering the delights of the province of Almeria, without a doubt, Villa Pepita is a great option.
Maximum occupation is for two people.
The apartment consists of one bedoom with a large double bed, bathroom with shower, and the kitchen, which contains all that you may need, including microwave and oven.
The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and a private parking place.
Villa Pepita is located in the neighbourhood of El Zapillo, in the south of the city, which is crossed by 2 main avenues, and five urban bus routes.
El Zapillo is one of the best known areas in Almeria. A traditional fisherman's quarter, refreshed by the sea breezes, its long beach promenade invites gentle strolls under the sun, the beaches just metres from the city centre, the multi-cultural ambience and kind people make this a great bolt-hole, to escape for some peace and quiet.
There is a great choice of places to eat here, which have only improved throughout the years.
