Welcome to Beautiful Tuscany and to Villa Adriano
Villa Adriano is approximately 300 m2 over 2 floors:
Ground floor:
This floor has a large, open living room with a fireplace, chairs, and a dining table that seats up to 14 people. In this room you will also find a big sofa that can be used as a bed for 1 to 2 children or one adult.
An adjacent big Tuscan kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare meals for your family, including a buildt in Pizza oven, an open fireplace, 2 fridges and 2 freezers, gas oven, an oven and dishwasher. , a mocha Master and Espresso machine is also available...All equipment for your daily cooking is there available for you.
On this same floor you will find two double bedrooms: with en suite bathrooms with shower and WC/Bidet ;
At this floor you will also find the Laundry room, with wash machines and iron facilities.
This floor is also suitable for Disabled persons to access.
First floor:
the main entrance takes you to a hall, a big living room seating comfortable up to 16 people with sofas, chairs, Apple TV, DVD and CD player, and with doors leading out to a Balcony overlooking the Terrace down stairs and stunning view overlooking the Valley.
The Hall takes you further to the little dining room set for 8 people and the 3 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms , one with Bathtub, shower, WC and Bidet, and the other one with shower and a guest WC.
Our Italian Chef Rosannacan prepare Tuscan Breakfast ( Homemade bread, homemade jams, local ham and cheeses and Tuscan Omelet), or home made Lunch and or Dinners at your preferences. She is literally a living firework of energy, and based on your request she will do the shopping, she will make the food, she will lay the table and serve the food and finally clean up before she goes home. She charges 25 euro per Hour, min 5 hours, plus the groceries that you will reimburse upon her Grocery receipt.
Many of our guests book her on arrival day, so that when you arrive, you come to a house full of lights and the smell of Italian herbs and home cooking. If you would like to book her please book her in due time before arrival, as she is a popular Chef in the area.
There are air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room , and 20 euro will be charged per day for usage.
Linen and Towels are changed weekly.
