In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Wake Boats do not fit in lift.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Everything good but bed uncomfortable because we have a sleep number bed and we are use to our bed but other the that very nice

Very nice property, very clean, very comfortable. It’s a duplex with a lot of space. Separate sitting outside, with plenty of seating, very relaxing! So easy to drop in kayaks and stroll the very quiet water and neighborhood. City is super cute, everyone seems to be so friendly. There was an Airbnb across the water that were partying very loudly, (night) although hubby and I had to venture back inside because we couldn’t hear ourselves talk, we discovered the house is sound proof. We didn’t hear them at all inside!! Nice! Couple of things; super minor for the owners: one of the bedroom fans makes a loud clicking noise, AC shuts off and it got a little toasty (we just got up in the middle of the night and clicked back on, easy), your poor paddle board was attacked and house about a million ants, Yikes! These were super minor but probably easy fixes. I’d stay here each and every time I head to the lake! Thank you.

The place itself was nice, quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was wonderful, keeping us cool during the hot summer days. However, communicating wirh Vacasa, the third party that the owner chose to manage the property, was an incredibly negative experience before and during our stay. Vacasa was barely responsive, usually taking 3 to 4 messages before hearing back, which was always hours later. I will hesitate to book any property managed by Vacasa in the future.
