A light-filled living area greets guests on the main level with an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Styled with new, modern furnishings, the living area offers a relaxing space to watch a movie on the 55” TV or gaze out on the Gulf through a wall of glass doors. This room opens onto a furnished covered deck with an alfresco dining table and a 4-seat bar table for seamless indoor/outdoor dining. Host was quick to help and answer our questions. The bicycles were fun and the canoes. Loved to walk out of the backdoor and step onto the beach. The grill was conveniently located for grilling dinner. We had a great July Fourth week!

Hello! We spent 6 nights here and had a great time. We loved being "on the beach"! We are at the mercy of Mother Nature, so the water was double reds for 3 of 5 days, but that didn't stop us from catching rays! We had 10 people altogether and the space suited us fine. Couple of little things...toaster doesn't work well, ice selection on fridge asks us to use cubed, but it is "stuck" on crushed, light in laundryroom is behind units, so hard to get to, no trash bags given and only 1 roll of paper towels and a couple rolls of TP. For the price, would be nice to have a few more "supplies". Additionally, wasn't a fan of having 250 credit (of my own money) to have to use at the VayKay rental. Seems like if you rent a house on the beach, there would at least be beach chairs available or some beach toys so those dont have to be transported, rented or purchased there. Would rather paid a tiny bit more to have that available at the house. Overall, loved the area.

Loved the location and would love to come back but was not made aware of construction of new home next door and I mean within 10 feet of this house . They were putting in the pillars for the house and the banging of the crane, shock the whole house and could feel the impact at the beach also as they were being pounding in . Called management and was told it was on the website of construction but could not find anywhere listed . We could not sit out on deck during the afternoon due to extreme noise . Wish I could post the video and pictures on wall of how they were shuffled as result of impact .
This was during stay of Oct 20-24 so hope the next vacationers will only be noise of saws !
