Welcome to 'By the Sea', a gorgeous Gulf-front paradise that's a perfect choice for families, couples, and smaller groups looking for a relaxing and intimate beach experience in a well-appointed home.
Once you step inside you will be greeted by a bright and open kitchen-dining-living floorplan all with Gulf views! The kitchen has been updated with custom cabinetry, granite counters, and appliances. The sun deck and pergola provide the perfect outdoor spots for dining or soaking up the sun.
A private walkway and just a few steps separate you from the beach, so you can easily spend your time on the well-furnished deck or walk to and from the beach in seconds. This home faces South and has the benefit of being able to see remarkable sunrises and sunsets, as well as magnificent star-filled night skies.
To cool off you will find a recently installed heated saltwater pool on the ground level, which features a sun shelf for a refreshing place to work on your tan and is also a perfect shallow area for kids to enjoy. The pool is partially shaded, providing a surprisingly pleasant way to help cool down from the sun on those hot Florida days.

Overall the stay was enjoyable. There were some issues during our stay. When we arrived the pool and hot tub had not been cleaned and the hot tub never worked. The refrigerator had some issues. I did call about this and the pool and hot tub were cleaned pretty quickly afterwards. However, the hot tub never did get fixed, this was ok with our group as we had the pool still. The only thing I would really recommend is to have had some communication about the hot tub that there was an issue that could not be fixed during our stay as I spent time filling it up with water twice and did not realize there was an issue at first. The refrigerator was looked at pretty quickly and seemed to work better after. We still had a great time and enjoyable stay.

This house is perfect! Great location and excellent size - not 3 or 4 stories like neighboring houses. It's the only house on the strip with a partially covered pool, which is awesome because you can swim if it's just raining or you can get out of the sun and not fry! The management group was a great communicator and very responsive.

We loved the location of this precious little house. We loved how secluded it was on the actual beach; there weren’t many people around at all!
The main issues we had were the cleanliness and the AC in the house.
Cleanliness: there was a urine stain on the dust ruffle of the master bedroom and there was dog hair EVERYWHERE; inside and out.
AC: we kept the doors closed and all lights off during the day, but it would get SO hot in the house. It stayed around 78 in the house at all times, and the master bedroom never once cooled down—which made sleeping so uncomfortable.
Even with the heat and dog hair, we had a wonderful time!
