About this cottage rental
Beautiful stone house with a flowered and fenced park of more than 3000 m² located 1h30 from Paris, 30 min from Orléans and 10 minutes from the first castles.
This century-old old lady was completely renovated in 2023 in a modern style but respectful of its great age. All the bedding and linens are new and of high quality. The upper floor is air-conditioned.
A real paradise for teleworking with very high-speed WIFI (fiber) accessible everywhere including from the deckchairs in the garden!
To put down your suitcases and forget everything, it will offer you many entertainments including a games room equipped with a home cinema and a billiards table. A tennis court is accessible free of charge 5 minutes walk away.
To perfect your stay, it is possible, at an additional cost, to benefit from massages and yoga classes in the house. A riding school in the village also offers many options for adults and children's lessons. On the ground floor: living room of 55 m² with lounge, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen, wardrobe and a separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs fully air-conditioned:
- a games room of approximately 57 m² (with two sofas), billiards, home cinema and games table (many books, comics and games are available, in French and English)
- a master suite with 180x200 cm bed, shower room and private toilet with large screen TV and its office area

Park of more than 3,000 m² fenced with its covered bar-lounge. The shade of the lime tree is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Or, late in the evening, sit in the garden to admire the stars. Barbecue (charcoal), outdoor games, deckchairs at your disposal.
Private parking with electric vehicle charging socket available (16A 3.2kW, French type socket). This property is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility because of the stairs leading to the rooms.
