Porto is a fascinating city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay.
There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes.
The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends.
There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines.
It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.
Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest Metro stop: Carolina Michaelis: (8 min walking)
- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat.
Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

We just stayed a week in Porto. We chose this property based on its proximity to the Conservatory of Music and the Casa da Musica. The property is about 2 kilometers from the Old Town, but the walk is very doable and you get a great sense of the greater city. There is a large food court within two blocks (at the Hotel da Musica) with a great variety of food. Also good shopping close. The room was very comfortable. Property managers were very helpful when there was a mistake (my mistake) on the reservation and it was resolved very quickly. Also very affordable.
