The master bedroom is located on the main level and boasts a comfy king-size bed, a flat-screen Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom outfitted with a walk-in shower featuring a luxurious rain showerhead.
The second bedroom is located upstairs and has two twin beds plus incredible views of the forest. A twin bed in the upstairs loft can accommodate an extra person.
The second full bathroom sits off the main living area on the lower level and has a shower/tub combo.

You will have private access to the entire house except for the owner’s closet in the loft area. A storage shed is located on the side yard and has some additional supplies for your stay, including fishing poles and other accessories you are welcome to use.

Close-by the house you have access to world class boating and lake beach (in season on Lake Glenville), hiking, shopping, dining, fishing, and even skiing/tubing during the winter. Sapphire Mountain is 15 minutes from the house and offers a great "winter" experience with a ski hill and tubing!
Championship Golf opportunities abound with a combination of private and public courses located within 15 minutes of the house: Old Edwards, Sapphire National, Red Bud, and Sky Valley.
The driveway is newly paved. It has has a steep approach. 4 X4 is NOT NEEDED, but please refer to our video recommendations on how to ascend and descend the driveway safely.
