About this farm stay rental
Farm House w/ rocking chair porch and large open deck overlooking lush mountain greenery is minutes from downtown Highlands. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area that seats 8 guests. Living room has large comfy sofas & wood burning fire place perfect for a cozy afternoon evening when it is cool or rainy to enjoy Netflix on the AppleTV! Master Bedroom is located downstairs will full bath. Two bedroom's upstairs each with their own large half bath and walk in closet w/ a shared Shower/Tub combo. Wifi with eero mesh net work 100/10.
The space
Entire home has hardwood floors, spacious beautiful garden of hostas and other seasonal flowers. Kitchen appliances include dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, electric oven, Keurig Coffee maker, milk frother, hot water kettle, instant pot, kitchen aid stand mixer, and a plethora of cooking paraftenalia. Big Green Egg on deck with umbrella table and chairs for outdoor dining, full fenced back yard.

Other things to note
We have Bears in Highlands. Please keep all garbage in large trashcan in garage. Do not leave food or garbage outside. No trash pick up renter is responsible for taking trash to dump on Buck Creek rd.

Lovely front porch! Enjoyed the swing and morning tea everyday with my grandchildren and dogs. We identified 16 different birds sitting out there. Merlin is a great app for bird identification by Cornel University. It’s a cozy house. Pet friendly and nice fenced yard in back. We loved it. Excellent location too. Quick to town.
