You will have a detached, single-story house located near the owners' residence. Recently built and well-appointed, it offers comfort and quality amenities. You will appreciate the living space, which includes an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room with TV, internet access, and air conditioning (available from June 8, 2026). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and fridge-freezer. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190 cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190 cm), both with mosquito nets on the windows. A bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet.

Baby equipment includes a high chair and a travel cot.

There are three parking spaces. Bicycles can be stored in the owners' shed. The best thing about this house is its central location in the department, allowing you to easily explore the many world-renowned sites of the Périgord region. It's just 20 km from Périgueux (a City of Art and History) and 20 km from Montignac (home to the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art). Nearby attractions include the Château d'Hautefort (gardens and Museum of Medicine) at 15 km, and the Tourtoirac Crystal Caves at 10 km. Just 1 km from the cottage, in the village, you'll find a bakery, a grocery store/tobacconist/newsagent, a pétanque court, a children's playground, and a lake offering swimming, pedal boats, fishing, and model boating. Entertainment is right at your fingertips. As you can see, this destination is full of wonderful surprises and will allow you to discover all four Périgord regions – plenty of reasons to come back.
