About this apartment rental
An apartment complex located in a very central area. This apartment is situated in a privileged position and in a place full of amenities in the surroundings. The atmosphere is familiar and peaceful. It also has a swimming pool and a very pleasant outdoor area, and garage. Forte de São João Beach is only 900 metres away, and Oura Street and Albufeira Centre are just a few minutes' walk away.
The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning (new equipment installed in June 2024), making it ideal for holiday rentals throughout the year. It is decorated with comfort and good taste, the internet is fibre optic, the television is a Smart TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped. This apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which is en suite with a bathtub, and the other bathroom has a shower. In the living room you can also find a double sofa bed.
The location could not be better, as all facilities are easily accessible on foot, such as bakery, supermarket. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, as is the historic centre of Albufeira. At the same time you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the residential area in which the apartment is located. The beaches of São Rafael, Galé and Salgados are just a few minutes' drive away. The Salgados golf courses are also just a few minutes away.

Municipal Tourist Tax
Albufeira Municipal Council applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 years or over, during the period from 1 April to 31 October, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights.
