About this villa rental
Holiday home in Villanueva de Algaidas, province of Malaga, Andalucia.
The two-storey holiday villa features an authentic rustic style, which you can find throughout the accommodation. Its closeness to the main cities of Andalucia ensures you’ll enjoy one-day trips, knowing that relaxation awaits you in this villa. This is granted by the quiet location of the villa, surrounded by smooth hills covered in olive yards as far as the eye can see.
On the ground floor of the holiday home, you will find one bedroom with one double bed, next to which there’s a bathroom with bathtub. The same floor also welcomes a dining-living room with wooden-beam ceilings and timber walls, as well as a picturesque stone fireplace, leading to the fully-equipped independent kitchen. From the kitchen, you can access to the first floor of the house.
The first area you will find once reaching the first floor is a welcome hall. From here, you can either access a bedroom with one double bed (located right in front of the stairs) and another bedroom with two single beds on the left of the room. From this room, you can access a fourth bedroom with a double bed opening onto the very hallway. At the end of the hallway, you will find the fifth bedroom with two single beds.
All bedrooms and the living area are provided with warm/cool air-con.
The outdoor area features a covered porch where a spacious dining area is located; next to it, another bathroom with shower is available for the guests. The rest of the patio welcomes a private pool, a few sun loungers where you can sunbathe as much as you want, and a brick BBQ to prepare some tasty delicacies to surprise your family’s palates.
The access to the villa is possible via a paved lane.

Die Villa liegt etwa eine Stunde vom Flughafen entfernt, entlang der von Rosen gesäumten Autobahn durch die Hügel. Die Einheimischen waren einfach reizend und spielten sogar wahllos 80er-Jahre-Musik. Diese Gegend ist sehr ländlich. Fast niemand sprach Englisch, aber sie schätzten es, dass wir Spanisch versuchten. Sonntags ist ALLES geschlossen, außer den Restaurants, die gegen 21 Uhr öffnen. Die Villa bietet eine unglaubliche Aussicht über die Landschaft.

Het was een fantastische ervaring. Als je echt voor de rust gaat dan is dit de plek. Voor bezichtigingen in Granada of Malaga best op voorhand inplannen inzake tickets voor musea enzo. Het huis is gelegen in de omgeving van grote heuvels/bergen en er is wel een helling, maar gelukkig op een verharde weg. Het stadje verder is wat rustiger, dat is iets van 6 min of 8min verder rijden. Voor boodschappen DIA supermercado in het stad is een aanrader! Lieve uitbaters en je vindt alles wat je nodig hebt! Het huis is heel erg proper en is volledig ingericht met alle benodigdheden. Dat scheelt heel wat! De eigenaar, Diego, is een vriendelijke man! Je kan alles aan hem vragen en antwoordde direct! Bv we hadden een lek in ons band en hij heeft dit direct opgelost voor ons. Hij is ook een garagist van beroep. Best wel Google translate gebruiken voor de communicatie

Une maison au milieu des oliviers, que rêver de mieux. De l'espace, une piscine, les villes principales de l'Andalousie à une heure, ce fut un voyage réussi !
