This 2bd/2ba, ocean view condo has been completely renovated!!! Renovations started late fall of 2023 and were completed early winter of 2024. Maison Sur Mer is located in a quiet section of Myrtle Beach and you will be able to enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious ocean view condo. This unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom and 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom.
The recent upgrades included all new flooring, fresh paint, new furniture, new decor, new appliances, new HVAC system, new kitchen furnishings, upgraded bathrooms and upgraded kitchen. This 9th floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium in the Arcadian Dunes/Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. This spacious unit features a fully equipped kitchen, large flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and the living room, private bathrooms for each bedroom, a spacious ocean view balcony with dining table and loungers as well as a full size washer & dryer.

The condo was extremely clean. We loved the layout and the decor. The space was amazing and comfortable. The beds were cozy and felt really clean. There was an issue with the shower in the master bedroom not draining and overflowing one night. The property was immaculate but there was a sewage pipe leak on the ground floor near the workout room. The smell as horrible.we felt extremely safe with the security measures. Overall, our favorite place to stay so far!

The entire process of checking in and checking out was very obsolete. The Condo was fantastic but missed the mark on lack of towels, small items like hand soap, paper towels, etc.
