- The Essentials: We provide a starter kit (2 rolls of TP per bath, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 trash bags, and hand soap). For week-long stays, please plan to bring additional laundry/dishwasher soap and personal items.
- Home Standards: To keep this home pristine for all guests, we maintain a strict No Pets and No Smoking policy (including the yard/balcony).

We absolutely loved this property! The townhouse was clean and spacious. It’s a quiet neighborhood and safe area for kids. The location was great for shopping and dining. There were several options within walking distance. The shuttle transportation made it convenient to visit the pool and beach. We loved the pools and amenities! It exceeded our expectations!

The property was exactly as presented in the pictures. Very nice accommodations! The host was so very accommodating and helpful with some “nit” issues with the lockbox and the network password. He was very responsive, helpful, and patient to our inquiries. I would rent this property again.
