In general this worked out fine. The place was as described and reasonably comfortable, well appointed, clean. A bit aging / showing its age but not terribly.The interactions with the owner were a bit weird. The property was not where Vrbo said it was but rather half a mile down the road, not sure why. And the owner kept asking me to send photos on SMS, first of my ID, then when we got there to send photos of the keys we got (to trap me later on if I didn't return those keys?). It felt odd.In the end everything was fine, so I suppose I'd stay here again.

Was a bit farther from UCLA than stated. The communication with owners was great. Place was a bit dirty. Bring coffee filters. Parking was good.
