Updated in June 2024 with fresh paint, new floors, and new furnishings throughout, this bright home is the perfect base for your Carpinteria escape. Whether you're here to relax or explore, everything you need is right at your doorstep!
The space
Bedroom (Upstairs)
The master bedroom features a king bed with soft, comfortable bedding and a flat-screen TV — perfect for a good night's sleep after a day at the beach.
Living Area
The inviting living area includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a brand-new twin bed, and a flat-screen TV — a cozy spot to unwind at the end of the day.
Bathroom
The updated bathroom features a fresh modern shower, new vanity, and sleek mirror.
Kitchen & Dining
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a meal. The dining area seats 4 — perfect for meals together.
Entertainment
Cable TV and WiFi available throughout the home.
Laundry
Laundry is available for guest use during your stay.
Parking
A designated covered parking spot is included. To get there, enter the driveway on the far left side of the building, follow it to the back, and park in space #15, right next to the wall divider. Please do not back into the spot — the storage area above is a bit low and may damage your rear window. Need extra parking? Free street parking is available out front.

Great location, loved the proximity to shopping and the beach. Owners were great with communication. Perfect spot for a couple or small family. Already trying to find a time to go back. Thank you!

Annual trip to Carp for the 4th everything was excellent. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Ceilings fans were also a happy surprise.
