Overall this house was great. The dock does not have a jumping platform like the photo shows but it did have 4 paddle boards, three single kayaks and a bunch of beach towels. It was perfect for our large group of 16. Sleeping arrangements were just as expected. We had one issue with the AC going out on the first full day of our stay. It was 78 in the house at 9:30 and we reached out. Communication was not the best but once we got confirmation that an AC company was on the way around 1 everything went smoothly. It was fixed and we were back in the cool that evening.

We were looking for a laid back location away from the hustle of the main lake and the traffic. This place was it!!! Nicely furnished and plenty of room for our party of 10 adults and 7 kids. Would definitely book again in the future.

The location is very private in a back corner of the lake. Some areas could benefit from a thorough cleaning and refreshing. However, despite these imperfections, the space remained functional and manageable for our needs.
