Spectacular vacation home for couples, with a relaxing and homely atmosphere.
This holiday home has capacity for two people.
Located on the first line of Las Canteras beach and very well connected by public transport.
The holiday home has one bedroom, a modern bathroom and spectacular views of the sea and the mountains.
A fully equipped kitchen: crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils, it also has a fridge, traditional coffee maker, microwave, toaster, juicer, heater, etc.
There is no vacation without a good rest.
The house is very well located in the heart of the Playa de Las Canteras area. In its surroundings it has a wide range of terraces, bars, leisure and restaurants, cinemas, auditorium, concertsthe Poema de Mar Aquarium.
From your vacation home you can walk to the Santa Catalina interchange, from which you can go to any part of the island by bus.
Environment of the holiday home
The unburied treasure of the island's capital is Playa de Las Canteras. It is the pearl that the city does not hide. A long strip of sand, several kilometers long, that stretches across the bay. A place with a special charm that you can find 34 blocks from the cruise terminal.
The residents of the city repeat that Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country. And they have reason to think so. Because it is a beach with good weather almost all year round. The place in the capital to escape, where all the clocks stop. A kind of Central Park beach version, where you can play sports any day of the week, wearing a swimsuit, bikinisurfboard.

Lovely apartment with stunning views in a great location. Easy access to all amenities including restaurants, tapas bars, beach, bus stop and walks etc. The only problem we had was access into the main apartment block. We were unable to access the key link without wifi connection. Fortunately another resident let us into the building and we were then able to get into the apartment and retrieve the entrance key and electronic key cards for the apartment. However, the street door was supposed to be key locked after 9.00pm and only one key was provided. Although we asked for another, so we could come and go separately, it wasn’t provided.

Everything was absolutely perfect and exactly like on the pictures. Great appartment with beautiful view of the beach and ocean and super central location. Everything yoh need is within 2min walking distance. The check in and prior communication was excellent as well. Strong recommendation.
