About this apartment rental
Attic of 85 square meters, ideal for those willing to relax and enjoy one of the best urban beaches in Europe. From the terrace you can see the city, the port and the sea. Functional, quiet, bright and sunny, our recently renovated penthouse is divided into two independent rooms, dining room, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace for sunbathing. Wifi.
Close to all the services you may need to enjoy your vacation.
House's rules:
-Smoking is not allowed.
- Ask if you come with children.
-Visits are not allowed.
-It is not allowed to exceed the contracted capacity.
-The parties are not allowed, the neighbors let us know.
- The DNI of all guests will be requested, in accordance with current legislation.
Check out;
The apartment must be swept, scrubbed and sand free. The toilet and bathroom must be clean. The kitchen must be collected, without grease and the earthenware scrubbed. They should not leave food open in the fridge or outside it (we do not use it). Do not leave trash and wet towels lying.
We do not want a thorough cleaning, but if guests keep clean and collected.
In case of not following the rules, the deposit will be used.

The apartment has everything you need it's simple but functional. Roomy bathroom and then the star of the show, the balcony. It is on the southside of the building, so it's sunny all day, and gives the added bonus of having the city as a background when you eat your breakfast in the morning sun.

Está al lado de una de las mejores zonas de la playa, (que es una maravilla), es muy amplio y las camas son muy cómodas. Tiene mucha luz y ventilación por lo que se está muy a gusto; el único pero es que, cómo hay que tener abiertas las ventanas llega mucho ruido de tráfico. Está tal como se ve en las fotos, sin adornos, aunque no se echan en falta.La terraza, con hermosas vistas al puerto y la ciudad, es una pena que no esté un poco mejor preparada, sólo había 2 sillas cómodas de plástico, las otras eran de tijera y madera, en el suelo había una tarima plástica negra nada práctica: quema con el sol y no se puede limpiar lo que se acumula debajo, creemos que estaría mucho mejor sin ella. Los propietarios, aunque no los pudimos conocer, fueron amables telefónicamente, también nos dejaron algo de comer.
