1830 Beachside Tennis is a bright, spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, second floor villa with beautiful views of the Calibogue Sound. The main living area is all tiled and the bedrooms are carpeted and there are lots of coastal decorations throughout. To the right of the entrance in the hall is the washer and dryer. Then the first bedroom which has a king bed, accent chair and a mounted 43” SMART TV. This room has views of the Sound and a small covered balcony with two chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee as you watch dolphins playing in the water. The ensuite bath has double vanities and a tub/shower combination.
To the left of the entrance is the second bedroom with two queen beds, a mounted 43” SMART TV and access to a covered balcony where there is a high top table that seats four and overlooks the Sound. The private bath has double vanities and a tub/shower combination.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. The dark wooden dining room table has two chairs and two bench seats. In the living room there is a blue queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat, an accent chair and a mounted 55” SMART TV. There is access to the balcony with the high top table that is also accessed from the bedroom.
Beachside Tennis has its own pool and beach path and is an easy walk to South Beach Marina for water sports, dining, and shopping. Whether drinking a hot cup of coffee in the morning on the veranda or sipping a cool lemonade mid-afternoon while basking in the sunshine, guests will be sure to have a memorable vacation in this upscale villa.

Lovely property with a beautiful view. Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and are planning on returning in the Fall.
We have been renting properties in Sea Pines for over 25 years. This host was amazing, extra garbage bags, extra laundry pods. The condo was very clean. Beach Properties checked in with us midweek to go over check-out procedures. That was very easy BTW. The neighborhood was also quite and well maintained.

Location very convenient, with easy access to the beach, salty dog, and tennis courts. Easy bike ride through Sea Pines. Very comfortable beds. Easy check in and check out process. Both bedrooms have great privacy, and the balcony on each side is a great feature. Would stay here again.
