Bring your boat , or small water craft toys, as the water is plenty deep at the 90 foot PRIVATE DOCK SPACE right in your own back yard!! Public boat ramp located right over the bridge.
The Playful Pelican is on a very quiet cul-de-sac, with no thru traffic, but yet within walking distance to many restaurants, beach bars , and all activities that DAYTONA BEACH has to offer

When the kids were 6-8 we took a trip to South Daytona/Port Orange area one summer and loved the area. Now nearly 30 years later, battling Cancer and wanted one last family vacation and it HAD to be Daytona….found this GEM of a vacation rental that was perfectly situated for quiet and peaceful time spent by the water and with the family. The house is stunning and perfectly laid out for our needs and had EVERYTHING we needed to just live free for a week without worry. The River Watch Room upstairs was a favorite hang out spot that allowed you to be close to the water action with having to leave the AC!! We are definitely planning to stay here again should we return to the area. Would love to come every year if I could!!!

Great location great view of the intercoastal, great dock to fish off of, caught some catfish,Plenty of beds, good kitchen,priced perfectly for what it is and the amazing location
