Great location, short walk to beach, near many attractions, quiet neighborhood, nice enclosed back yard. Very usable kitchen and good eating space. Lots of bedroom space and places to spread out. Great for families. Secure. Great washer, dryer, appliances. Would stay again.

PROS: The house served our purpose and was conveniently located so we could visit with our son (in from overseas) and do some sight seeing. CONS: The beds need new mattresses/box springs and the bedroom door handles are coming off the doors.

The cottage is really nice. However it is in need of repairs. Vents were filthy and the upkeep of the furniture, baseboards, bc bathroom caulking unpainted wall patches leaves a shoddy impression. The house had some issues with the kitchen not well cleaned. Owner offered to clean but he did not respond to our initial text until several hours later each time we communicated. We cleaned it to our standards. I sent 9 photos as he requested but it was left unanswered. It is very cozy and the beds are very comfortable. If it was all fixed, and up to the pictures posted, I would recommend this property as lovely.
