Cleanliness is key here at the Barbie!! Being in southside Chattanooga you have access to all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife. There is a steakhouse called number 10 on site of property . Walkto the brewery odd story or shadys corner!!! This is an exclusive property and one of a kind.. Enjoy the hot tub ( 15& above) or the ambience of the fire pit on site with a bottle of wine. NO Parties unless authorized in writing! If you have more people in the condo then approved you will be charged $200 per extra person & additional cleaning fees!!! Ring camera /camera at garage to ensure number of guest and that garage door is open when hot tub is in use. Both monitor entry for safety & house rules

Beautiful and clean home! Fun decor! It was perfect for a family visit but the house would be fabulous for a girls trip too. The home was well equipped with chargers, travel sized toiletries, robes, slippers, kitchen items and more! The location is 15 min or less drive from everywhere in Chattanooga. Book it! You won’t be disappointed!
