About this apartment rental

Seasider 302 is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath oceanfront condo located 0.6 miles north of Garden City Pier. This unit features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and microwave as well as a large private and furnished oceanfront balcony, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Two TVs (cable), DVD player, Wi-Fi, and telephone are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one queen and two twin-sized beds. Elevator. Parking is limited. No trailers. No golf carts. No pool. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 4

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach.

Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Then visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and the second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway, with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

Take a day trip to Charleston to experience shopping, a harbor cruise, a city carriage tour, or a plantation tour. Charleston is only 87 miles from Garden City Beach - approximately two hours. It's a picturesque and exquisitely preserved southern city with antebellum architecture, cobblestone streets, and historical landmarks.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seasider has one of the biggest balconies we have seen at one of the many condos we have stayed in. It has million dollar views and very relaxing. The inside was very neat and clean.

Garden City Realty went above and beyond and very nice to work with. Very good location to get to grocery and attractions. We will definitely be back.

Nice to have 3 bathrooms Porch was Wonderfull. when it said you need to bring everything they were right.Besides the expected the only thing extra were a few boggie boards someone had left.The bed in the main bedroom had about a 2 inch foam pad on top of the mattress and on top of that a 2 inch memory foam pad. It made the bed too soft. I removed the foam and it was better. Having a plastic covering over the mattresses felt like I was in a cheap hotel. There has to be a better way.They need a second lamp in the master, one where you can plug in your chargers.A better coffee maker would be nice. The one there worked ok but you could not take and pour a cup when it was brewing, it would leak on the pad.Liked the couches and coffee table. Last it would been nice to have a fan in the would be costly to put in ceiling fans but one on a stand would be nice.
