About this apartment rental

-Welcome to historic Murrells Inlet and to our luxurious 1 bedroom/2bath (sleeps 4) OCEANFRONT condo located at Water’s Edge Resort (Unit 1007). The condo is located between Surfside and Garden City beaches. Brand new to rental market (available after 11/5). This unit has BRAND NEW furnishings and updated features to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. We take pride in making you feel like you are at a luxury resort, not just a “rental”. This is a privately owned residence and we are available 24/7 if any issues arise (please see contact info on fridge in kitchen for any issues).

-Sorry, but there is a NO PET(S) policy (per HOA). If any pets are brought into the unit it will result in IMMEDIATE eviction of ALL guests, key code changed (immediately), NO refunds and a fee imposed (per HOA regs). BY BOOKING YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. There is a camera on front door (front door only).

-This unit is close enough to activities of Myrtle Beach but far enough away for relaxing and peace of mind. It is close to many popular tourist destinations north (Myrtle) and south (Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, Litchfield, and Pawleys Island).

Unit:

-There is a master bedroom with QUEEN bed and en-suite bathroom (full size walk-in tiled shower), two nightstands and the dresser. There is a second full bath with shower down the hall and full size washer and dryer located past the second bathroom. Walk into the updated kitchen with all full-size appliances (fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, electric stove, full size sink, etc). The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cups/plates, cookware, bakeware. Ninja coffee maker, 2 slice toaster, oversized toaster oven (with air fry option) , blender, waffle maker, microwave and the essentials needed for an enjoyable, worry free vacation. There is an island with seating for two in the kitchen. Move into the dining area with a table that seats four as well as a “dining buffet” that transforms into a TWIN Murphy bed. In the living room there is an “entertainment center” that also transforms into a TWIN XL Murphy bed. There are two swivel chairs, sofa , and coffee table in living room. The oceanfront balcony is OVERSIZED and has 2 bar height chairs and table and a sun lounger that provides a panoramic view of the Atlantic.

-There is a wireless bluetooth speaker (please do not take out of the unit) and standing oscillating fan for your use.

-Full size washer and dryer in unit.

-Linens and towels ARE provided, as well as bar soaps for the bathroom, STARTER dish/dishwasher soap, laundry detergents, facial tissues, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels.

-There are four beach chairs that can be used by our guests. There is a small cooler and beach cup holders that you can use at your leisure.

-Free wi-fi is available in the unit. 2 tvs and cable is included.

-The unit is non smoking/vaping (there are smoking sections around the building). If any smoking of any kind is detected IN the unit, it will result in immediate removal of guests and an extra cleaning fee imposed.

-The unit has a smart keypad, you will be emailed a code for keyless entry into the unit prior to your arrival. So, NO need to have to “check-in” at the front desk, just hop on the elevator and go to the unit.

-During “peak season” unfortunately there is only ONE parking space in the parking garage designated for the condo. During off season (11/15-3/15) there are TWO spaces for our unit. There is public parking available a short drive away if needed. We know this isn’t ideal, but parking is limited in the area.

-Upon arrival, there will be a parking pass and pool bands waiting in the unit. Please put parking pass in the car as soon as you arrive to avoid towing. Pool bands must be worn when using the facilities.

-The pool area inside and out has been renovated recently and includes an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, indoor (heated in winter) pool, indoor hot tub, sun deck, and private beach access. There is also a fitness center located in the building and a bar (Rising Tides) and gift shop (both owned privately) for your comfort and convenience!

-The Garden City pier is located 0.7 miles south of the property and the famous Murrells Inlet marsh walk is approximately 4 miles away, with lots of restaurants/bars and activities for kids and adults alike. The condo is located in Murrells Inlet, know as the “seafood capital of the south!”

In one word this condo was … perfect! Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful sunrise views. The amenities at the resort were awesome and well maintained. Great communication with the owners every step of the way. The long twin Murphy bed as sooooo comfortable. Wished I could have stayed longer.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was great and the unit description was very accurate. The hosts were responsive to any questions or issues. I would absolutely stay here again.
