About this apartment rental
The apartment completely renovated in August 2017, has 85 meters, 3 bedrooms, all rooms have 2 comfortable beds with viscolatex pillows, each room has a large built-in wardrobe, large living room and large terrace.
The apartment was designed specifically for short or long stay tourist rental, with exclusive details to improve your stay and make it more pleasant,
The kitchen is fully equipped, has everything you may need, whether it is a short or long stay, has an oven-grill - microwave, toaster, 2 types of coffee maker, Italian or American, dog machine, all kinds of cooking utensils , pans and pots, kettle, teapot and juice squeezer,
The apartment has a washing machine and washing tablets so you can wash your clothes whenever you want
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower of 1.20 cm x 70 cm, 2 sinks to not waste time to enjoy the island, shampoo and towels in abundance for the entire stay and guest, also hairdryer, and iron for the clothes
The living room is equipped for your complete entertainment, with TV LG Smart TV Led of 49 ", also ASTRA satellite channels, and also has free NETFLIX, the fiber optic wifi that has the apartment is exclusive for the apartment, also electronic dart dartboard.

The location of the apartment is ideal, a 4 minute walk you have a bus stop to any area of the island, the beach is 12 minutes, YUMBO shopping center is 10 minutes walk, the largest shopping center in the area , Where you will find bars, restaurants, clothing stores, perfumeries, mini golf, leisure activities, and the Office of Tourism,
Walking to Tirajana Avenue, where you will find a wide range of restaurants of all kinds, Italian, Chinese, typical Canarian food, Indian and Japanese food and fast food, at the end of the avenue of Tirajana do not forget to visit the viewpoint of the Dunes of Maspalomas, Dunes you can walk and feel like in an authentic desert and enjoy sunrises and spectacular sunsets, do not forget the camera, it is a unique place.

If you are looking for adventure, you can parachute, take a helicopter ride, get to know the seabed by diving or take a submarine tour, you can practice sports such as Surfing, Windsurfing, Golf, Jetski, Kayak, Quads, etc. .
If you are young, this is the ideal place to meet the night of Gran Canaria, 10 minutes from the entertainment area with different Pubs, Discotheques with international atmosphere and also Gay area.
On arrival at the apartment you will find maps and all kinds of brochures explaining each of the activities you can do on the island.

The check in was incredibly easy after a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport. Extremely clean and very comfortable. The pool was fun for the kids with plenty of available sun loungers. The beach is a short stroll downhill and there are many bars and restaurants beachside. The apartment itself is also close to a number of restaurants and bars. Also close to bus stops if you want to explore further afield. A very relaxing holiday in beautiful weather (April) and we hope to come back again.

Great communication, lovely apartment and pool complex. Having a washing machine and pool towels available at the apartment meant that we could travel on hand luggage.

Everything was just as described. We enjoyed our vacation in there, building and area were quiet, lot of supermarkets and other stores were all within 15 min walk. All you need were in apartment (hairdryer, iron, beach towel and just towels...). Something owner might consider getting there is vaccum cleaner -we cleaned ourselves after dunes and beach but still we carried in sand and dust so at the end of the night it was everywhere.

When we arrived at the apartment in a taxi from the airport €40, we walked down a ramp to next to the swimming pool area. There is a small entrace to the lifts, which we eventually found, and went up to the apartment. Its lovely, clean, spacious and just like the pictures. Its lovely and has lots of amenities such as towels, beach towels, hairdryer, washing machine tablets (all in the drawer in the bathroom!)
The beds were really comfy and the shower was lovely, but be careful as it gets really hot when the heater kicks in, then when the heated water runs out it gets cold quickly.
Sitting outside on the balcony was lovely. Things dried on the airer in no time, and there was still some sun whilst part of the table was shaded, which was great for the kids.
The pool area is lovely and clean, and secure for the little ones as it is gated with a lock. Just out of the gated area is a bar, which also has snack bar which serves toasties, omlettes, burgers etc and a soft drink for around €6 in a meal deal inc chips. Theres also a shop onsite for bread, milk, water, ice creams etc. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars a stones throw away.
David was really helpful and quickly replied to any messages i sent, especially with info prior to our trip.
The beach is a 10-15 stroll (i'd advise turning left straight out of the apartment and follow the road down) theres lifts down to the beach meaning if you have mobility issues of prams theres no steps to tackle, but a slope when you come out of the lift.
I loved our time here. I have 3 children and the eldest is autistic. It was lovely and quiet, (well until we arrived!) there were a handful of people around the pool and at times it was only us there. So it was nice to have the option of quiet time and then have the hustle bustle of the resort when eating out and going to the beach. I would definitely return. Just need to find some flights!!
