✔ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 9+ GUESTS: Our nightly rate includes the first nine (9) guests. With each additional guest, a $30/night fee will be applied.
✔ PETS ALLOWED: Pets are allowed with the exception of cats. NO cats allowed. Limit of 2 (two) dogs per reservation, 20 lbs. or less each are welcome.
Any pets that will be brought into the home will need to be specifically requested, and listed before/after reservation. Pets are an additional $75 per pet.
✔ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING: Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. Rest assured that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
✔ SECURITY CAMERAS: we have placed security cameras throughout the exterior of the property. Rest assured that there will be no cameras inside the property, we highly value your privacy.
✔ EARLY CHECK-IN/OUT: Any early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved beforehand. We can only accommodate this if it is not affecting a turnover after a previous guest or a turnover for a same-day check in. If we approve, the fee schedule is as follows:
- Early Check-in (under 2 hours) = $30
- Early Check-in (over 2 hours) = $50
- Late Check-out (under 2 hours) = $75
- Late Check-out (over 2 hours) = $125

The entire place is very comfortable, spacious and the neighborhood is safe. The bed just perfect. The purpose of our trip was work and the house felt like home after a long day of being out on the field. I love to cook and the kitchen is just perfect the only thing I would add is a good set of cooking knifes thats about it.I know I will have to work in this area and sure I will try to stay in this place again. Thank you

Great location for a quiet stay. Beautiful neighborhood that’s perfect for nice walks and it has a great playground for little ones. The owner is so nice and responds quickly.
