Located just a breath away from south coastline and the crystal clear water of Lybean Sea, villa Evenos can offer you unforgettable vacations. This 5 bedroom, two-storey villa includes a private 40 sqm pool , a playroom and BBQ area is an excellent choice for you to have amazing holidays with your family and friends. Privacy and tranquility are secured while at the same time you are just few minutes away from Plakias. It's privileged location also guarantees stunning panoramic views of sea!
Indoors
Villa's Evenos building consists of two independent apartments with seperate entrance. This can be the ideal for two families who want to be together, but at the same time enjoy their own privacy or groups who want to secure more autonomy. Starting from the ground floor, one can find a spacious and cozy open plan living room and a well equiped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, kettle, fridge, filter coffee machine, toaster, blender etc.) where you can prepare all of your favourite meals. Moving further, you get two see 2 bedrooms, one of them consisting a double bed, while the second consists two twin beds. There is a full bathroom with a shower in this fisrt apartment as well. On your right side, a playroom is placed, featuring a pool table, a comfortable sofa, a flat satelite Tv and a Wc.
Moving on the upper apartment, you face a corner well equipped kitchen, a dinner table and a well appointed living room,with access to a balcony. Upper's floor seaviews are just impeccable! Three more bedrooms are placed there, one featuring a adouble bed, while the two others feature 2 single beds. Last there is one more full bathroom with a shower there.
Interiors of villa Evenos, are placed in bright colors and soft materials, in order to provide further relaxation to our guests. The element of glass blends perfectly with wood, in order to add a scent of modernity along with simplicity.
All rooms are very airy, yet are fully air-conditioned and wifi is accesible in all villa premises.
Outdoor
The distinctive feature οf villa Evenos is the vast outside area, in which a 40sqm private pool dominates. Stunning seaviews of the Libyan Sea and the village of Plakias, are the main reason you will definitely do not want to get out of the villa. Comfortable outside furniture, like sunbeds and puffs, and a big dining table where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning will prove to be the places you spend most of your time. Icing on the cake are the ping pong table and the charcoal bbq!

- Housekeeping, towels and linen changes every 5 days (for stays longer than 10 days.) For shorter stays or more frequent cleaning, housekeeping can be arranged with an extra charge.

While all pools are built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization, parents have full responsibility for supervising their children. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the pool or hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Diving is also prohibited.

From start to finish a perfect stay Communication was amazing and check in process easy. Location of villa is secluded which is just what we wanted but only a 10 minute taxi if that into plakias 7 each way Is walkable but very steep hillsWe travelled as a family with 1 infant so the 2 apartment set up was perfect for us Villa clean and was well stocked when we arrived which was a lovely touch Pool area was great and perfect place to relax - was cleaned every few days too Great views from the upper apartment of plakias Whenever we needed anything hosts were quick to reply and assist with costs of travel etc Would definitely return if we were ever to visit Crete again

We were 6 adults and 4 teenagers and the arrangement of 2 independent suites worked well. The Upper area had the best view so people tended to gather there more often. The kitchen did not have enough glasses or plates etc so we were always carrying items up and downstairs. The kettle broke and was not replaced as promised.The downstairs area was ideal when barbecuing. The pool was good and very popular with enough sun beds for most of us.It was cleaned and treated every 3 days keeping it sparkling. At night the lighting was very attractive. There was parking for 2 cars but an automated gate would have made driving in and out a lot easier. The road outside is steep and narrow but reasonably surfaced.The location just below the village of Sellias and above Plakias was excellent but a car is an essential. The teenagers would liked to have been closer to Plakias. The furniture was stylish with a a few clear glass tables one of which was placed inside the downstairs suite entrance which was a hazard. Be careful

Great villa stunning views. Some areas of the villa need a little sprucing up. Would recommend for two families. Safe and secluded spot.
