Spectacular Entire Townhome in the hearth of the city! 3 stories and 1900 sq feet of living space for guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Boasting TWO nice outdoor spaces. a lovely front patio and a very cute deck on the 3rd floor. Home is steps from the Train and just a 10 minute ride to downtown Millennium Park. My Townhome offers 1 King bed in the Master bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the additional bedrooms for sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. Near grocery shop include Mariano's, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Aldi, Shopping, great restaurants, Theaters, the Chicago Zoo and everything Chicago offers. Parking permits are included for easy parking.

Marco welcomed us in person, gave us a tour and was easily available via text to answer our questions. The townhouse is very close to the red line subway. Another elevated line runs behind the house and we were a bit concerned about possible noise, but passing trains just manifest as a faint rumble from inside the house. The house was well furnished, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen equipped for cooking. For us, the highlight was the 3rd floor deck off the primary bedroom. It was just a wonderful place to eat breakfast and to relax in the evenings after a long day of tourism.

Absolutely beautiful house in a fantastic area. Just a short walk to some great restaurants and the red line station. Was perfect for us. Marco was a brilliant host. Really good communication and met us at check in and check out and gave us some really useful information about the area. Highly recommend!
