About this house rental
Spacious, open floor plan home with complete privacy, ideal for entertaining. There is 18 acres of woods with trails behind the home. The home is 4 miles from downtown Saratoga Springs. There is a lovely patio for outdoor entertaining with flowerpots and gas firepit. There is a large fire pit further back for campfires. Dual gas fireplace in kitchen and great room. Great location to relax and unwind in a peaceful environment. The great room has a new leather sectional and recliner.
We have a horseshoe pit in the back yard. We have bikes, hammocks, swings available. Enjoy a morning walk through 18 acres of trails with spring fed streams.

We had a wonderful stay over the weekend our daughter graduated from Skidmore College. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and about a 10 minute drive from downtown Saratoga Springs. The hosts were quick to respond to queries, the place was well stocked with basics and we would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!

Beautiful home located close to downtown and the track. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean home with a stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Comfortable seating outside. Enjoyed the swing on the front porch. I would definitely book this home again.

The property was a better than advertised. Our host did an amazing job of anticipating our needs and wants. Clean, spacious, and nicely decorated Our group consisted of 3 adult couples and everyone was fully satisfied with the accommodation. Although it is outside of the down town area, it was no trouble at all to get an Uber to the track and if you’re driving yourself, no more than 10 min door to door. Book with confidence. You will not regret it.

Downtown Saratoga Springs is conveniently nearby this very clean, beautiful home that has a large private yard and provides that “welcome” feeling as soon as you arrive.
The home is equipped with everything you need; has an impressive kitchen, good size dining room and living room that easily accommodated all six of us. Has two (2) nice-sized bedrooms downstairs with a full bathroom and upstairs has a fabulous suite-sized master bedroom that also includes a loft bed if needed and full spacious bathroom.
Tami is a great host, willing to assist anyway possible and made a very special occasion spectacular for us! A super host that took the time to provide excellent restaurant recommendations (which were extremely helpful), activities, things to do and warnings about how busy the weekend was going to be with multiple special events scheduled in the area.
Much better than we expected! The pictures really don’t do justice to this home. We totally had a fantastic stay, and although time went much too fast, we left with many superb memories!
We HIGHLY recommend the Host, Tami, her home, and area! Tami, “Thank you so much” ~ 5 out of 5 GOLD STARS!!!
