LAKEVIEW BUNGALOW IN THE HEART OF HIAWASSEE! This stylish retreat offers beautiful Lake Chatuge views and a prime location within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife, and local attractions. Relax in the open living area with an electric fireplace, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind on the private deck overlooking the lake and marina. Featuring a king suite, modern comforts, and stunning sunset views, this is the perfect lakeside getaway.

Open-concept bungalow featuring a private king master bedroom and a comfortable living area with a pull-out queen sofa bed. The home includes one spacious shared bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Enjoy easy one-level living inside, plus a beautiful heated sunroom with adjustable windows to let in the fresh mountain air. Outside, stairs lead down to the fire pit and charcoal grill area. Street parking is available for up to two cars, with stairs leading from the parking area down to the front door.
A comfortable, convenient spot to unwind near the lake while staying close to local favorites.

The trash can beside the gazebo does not belong to the bungalow — the correct can is located at the bottom of the deck stairs.
There is absolutely no smoking on the property.

This is probably the 9th time that we have stayed at Lake Chatuge Bungalow and we absolutely love it. The location, size, amenities are all great. The one thing that i would add is that there needs to be a working ice maker and a grill on the deck. Other than that, the best place to stay in Hiawassee.

We had a lovely stay at this bungalow. The space is well laid out -- it's cozy without being cramped and open without feeling empty. The bedroom is also quite large. Being able to look out over the lake is nice, and it's a short walk or drive to lots of restaurants and shops.
