New penthouse in villa for 2 or max 3 people with large terrace, swimming pool use -to respect the privacy during the day and the afternoon to the swimming pool from 10. 00 to 12. 00 and from 15. 00 to 18. 00 ..-
The penthouse is located in the beautiful village of Albisano nestled on the hill in a beautiful lake view. The house consists of two residential units, one of the first floors of the building.
Small pets allowed on request
July and August we rent 7 or 14 days from Saturday to Saturday
Covered parking with anti-hail tarpaulin in the enclosed courtyard with automatic gate- 1 parking space for apartment available.
Free parking 50 meters from the house
At 5 minute walk you will find restaurants, ice cream, bars, minimarket. There are numerous paths in dirt paths that descend to the lake. To the less sporty in the summer there is a free shuttle bus that goes to Albisano -Towers of the benaco until midnight where you can find numerous shops, the ferry to the other shore, and of course even confusion. Travel time 5 minutes. For golf enthusiasts "Ca'degli ulivi" at Marciaga.

Very nice location, view over the lake west towards the sun set. Good helpful friendly owners. 10 minutes away from Garda.

We have been at this place at the end of October and the weather wasn‘t as good as expected. However, this apartment is outstanding, the view and terrace as well as the rooms inside. There is everything that you need to feel really welcomed, you can relax and enjoy the time you are here. Thanks to Anna, Paola and Giacomo.

Million dollar views. Clean, new, worth every penny!! Great hosts. Tip, if you stay there ignore your gps leaving the drive way and go left at the statue, it’s a much better road into town.
