About this house rental

On the hill near Torri del Benaco our house overlooks Lake Garda giving a fabulous view.
It is a portion of an independent house, with a large enclosed garden. You can admire the Lake from every corner of the house, from Sirmione to Limone and also see Monte Baldo. Behind us paths and walks branch off on Mount Luppia for hikers and bike lovers. And for golf lovers, just a few kilometers away is the "Golf Cà degli Ulivi" with 18 holes. The house has two bedrooms, two private bathrooms, living room with kitchenette, large terrace of about 12 square meters and a pleasant outdoor porch equipped with table, chairs and umbrella for nice evenings. Parking space and covered garage.

Nice House but Some Problems

The house is great, wonderful view, and house manager Alessandro very helpful. There were a couple of things one needs to be aware of, though. Access to the “master” bedroom on the top floor requires you to pass through the second bedroom, which could be a problem for two couples staying there. The bathroom there is crazy: there are 3 levels to it, and the shower is tiny. I almost fell stepping back from the sink on the highest level, but you can get used to it. The washing machine in the bottom bathroom is the smallest I have ever encountered in Europe, and does not spin dry the clothes at all. But overall a great stay.

The outside sitting areas offer plenty of space to chill and enjoy the sunshine. The surroundings are beautiful with lots and lots of olive trees and local walks into the woods starting just at the back of the house. Local restaurants (in Torri) offer delicious food and variety, - it was impossible not to overindulge! Resistance is futile. The hosts are most helpful and friendly. Genuinely lovely and kind people who want to make your holiday experience the best it can be. If you get a chance to stay in this house, grab it. You are unlikely to find one that beats location, view, surroundings, cleanliness, furnishing and the friendliness of the owners.

Der Name "Lovely Lake View" sagt schon alles und hält, was es verspricht. Wir hatten eine hervorragende Zeit. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt und läßt einen sich sehr schnell wohl und heimisch fühlen. Die Ruhe ist herrlich - wenn man ins Getümmel möchte, ist man mit dem Auto schnell in den bekannten Orten. Ein herrliches Fleckchen.

Our stay in Torri del Benaco was fabulous. The house is spotless and has everything you need - plug and play so to speak, as our hosts made sure that all essential things were there, even coffee and very tasty olive oil. Due to Corona we didn’t meet in person, but with the key box everything went smoothly. The house has a fantastic view and a very nice outdoor area. The kids especially liked running up the hill through the olive trees. There‘s a lot to do around Torri, we soon found our favorite beach, the ferry to the other side of lake Garda is nearby, even a day trip to Venice or Verona is possible. We were very happy, and our hosts were so very sweet and always made sure that everything was perfect for us. We totally recommend staying there!

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön mit herrlicher Aussicht. Der geschlossene Garten war für den Hund perfekt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Ende Oktober fehlt eine gemütliche Couch im Innenraum. Ein Teil der Zeit war es so warm, dass man die Couch auf der Terrasse gut nutzen konnte. Die Einweisung war sehr freundlich. Auch die Kommunikation vorab. Die Anfahrt ist nicht einfach, da die Straße sehr steil und schmal ist und keine eindeutigen Hinweise auf die Hausnummer zu sehen waren. Die Fußwege in den Ort sind ziemlich steil, teilweise verwachsen bzw. waren an einer Stelle durch Bagger blockiert. Sie waren auch schwer zu finden. Die Straße ist für Fußgänger ziemlich unvorteilhaft. Es gibt gute Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, man benötigt aber eine Wanderkarte.

Die Vermieter waren großartig, das Objekt super gelegen und mit wundervoller Aussicht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut, mit viel Liebe und vor allem sehr komplett eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und wir würden bestimmt noch einmal mit unserem Hund wiederkommen. Vielen Dank noch mal für den tollen Aufenthalt. Es war toll!

Ferienhaus mit wirklich fantastischem Blick auf den See. Sehr nette Vermieter. Kommunikation auf englisch reibungslos, aber Deutsch können Sie nicht. Das Ferienhaus liegt oben auf dem Berg außerhalb der Stadt Torri. In ca. 40 Minuten läuft man vom Ferienhaus auch runter in die Stadt. Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt, perfekt für Hunde. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr hundefreundlich. Zum Parken steht eine Garage und ein Stellplatz zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Draußen auf der Terrasse steht ein großer sehr moderner Gasgrill bereit. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Das Haus liegt oberhalb des Ortes mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf den Gardasee. Wir haben jeden Tag die schöne Aussicht genossen. Es fehlte an nichts. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen nochmals herzlichen Dank an unsere ausgesprochen nette Vermieterin Stefania. Obwohl sie nicht vor Ort wohnt, war sie immer erreichbar. Haus ist komplett umzäunt, der Hund kann sich frei bewegen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter ist sehr gut. Aussicht und Umgebung einfach ein Traum. Wir kommen sicherlich mal wieder. Hatten bloss eine schlechte Woche erwischt. Der Nachbar hat in seinem Garten mit Bagger Steine ausgegraben.

Wunderbare Gastgeber eines wundervollen kleinen Hauses! Hervorragend ausgestattet und atemberaubender Blick auf den Gardasee. Sehr ruhig gelegen, bis nach Garda bzw. Torri del Benaco braucht man ca. 10 Min mit dem Auto. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt, es ist wundervoll ruhig, das Haus sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Wir haben 10 Tage in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Positiv ist folgendes: - wunderbarer Blick auf den See aus allen Räumen, vom Balkon und der Terrasse - ruhige Lage - großes umzäuntes Grundstück - direkt vom Haus aus kann man schöne Spaziergänge machen - die Einrichtung ist komplett - es fehlt an nichts - die Betten sind wunderbar - die Einrichtung ist zum größten Teil neuwertig - die Beschreibung in der Anzeige trifft in allen Punkten voll zu - der Empfang war herzlich und wir bekamen einige gute Tipps Negatives gibt es nicht!!!!

Casa Gioacchino ist sehr zu empfehlen: Das Haus hat eine super Lage mit sehr schönem Blick auf den See und auf Torri. Es ist dort sehr ruhig und die Unterkunft hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Wer es gern etwas "urbaner" hat, kann in relativ kurzer Zeit z. B. Verona erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Alles spitze!

Ein geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, das mit seiner Lage und dem Ausblick auf den Gardasee (von allen Zimmern) besticht. Es ist sehr sauber und die Küchenausstattung reichhaltig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch an die Vierbeiner wurde mit Fressnapf und eigenem Hundemülleimer gedacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
