Also outdoor shower, satellite TV, washing machine, microwave oven and parking privato.Raggiungibile from the port and airport of Cagliari in just 40 minutes, is 40 km from Cagliari and 10 minutes drive from Villasimius center; is ideal to visit the many beautiful beaches of the coast: Villasimius, Costa Rei, Mari Pintau, Geremeas, Torre delle Stelle, Kala and Moru, or on the opposite side Poetto and Chia and also the water park Diverland fun for young and old. The market, the pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream shops and a pharmacy are easily accessible on foot in just 5 minutes. In the restaurants in the area will also enjoy regional specialties: malloreddus campidanesi, culurgiunes, roast pork, cheese, sebadas.

We spent 2 days early October in this beautiful appartment near Solanas. The appartment is very clean and stylish, has everything you need. The little terasse is perfect for having a wine in the evening.
Vittorio is a very nice and reliably host. He picked us up at the gas station nearby. Everything was uncomplicqated.
If you are lucky, you will be visited by a litlle cat, we called her Solanas. What one of the most affectionate and cute cat we have ever met!
Perfect place for a couple to relax and come down from daily life. Highly recommended!

Everything was just perfect. Vittorio was a nice host and in any case available.

Our stay in the apartment of Vittorio lasted two weeks. The house was very clean, room and bathroom good prepared. The view from the terrace to the city and the sea was very nice and we enjoyed our breakfast each morning.
Vittorio is a wonderful person, who immediately stood by for any questions.
We would recommend staying there.
Attention: quite steep car access to the parking area of the house.
