About this apartment rental
Our property consists of two terraced apartments that are located on the ground floor, while on the first floor is our house, this allows us to always be available to our guests.
The apartments are substantially identical, except for the colors of the furniture and the size of the kitchenette, they are fully furnished and are both composed of: two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds); a bath; a kitchen; a small terrace complete with small table, garden with barbecue and parking space. The apartment is about 600 meters from the sea and is ideal for those who love nature and tranquility or want to get away from the city and traffic. Specifically, the apartment is also equipped with: pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, sheets, towels, and the washing machine; there is no hair dryer, and a microwave oven.
As reported our property is about 600 m from the nearest beach from the sea, this means that to get to the beach it takes about a minute by car, while on foot it takes about 5-8 minutes.
For information for future guests, as the apartments are almost identical, we want to clarify that we will decide which apartment to assign, you can express a preference for one or the other and if there is a chance we will try to accommodate you, but this is not guaranteed. The apartments are not equipped with air conditioning.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe eines in der Nachsaison angenehm leeren, aber belebten Sandstrandes.
Die Gastgeber sind kontaktfreudig und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und man hat sehr viele verschiedene Strände zur Auswahl.

El apartamento, parte de la planta baja de un chalet, estaba muy limpio y perfectamente equipado, con un pequeño jardín y barbacoa. Durante el día se echaba de menos algún sistema de aire acondicionado, porque fuimos en plena ola de calor. Durante la noche, sin embargo, refrescaba bastante y se dormía muy bien, siempre que se dejaran las ventanas abiertas (que tenían mosquiteras).
El chalet estaba localizado en los límites del nucleo urbano de Solanas, en un entorno muy tranquilo. Una pequeña tienda de alimentación que tenía un poco de todo, una carnicería y varios restorantes (todo a menos de 20 minutos a pie), proporcionaban todo lo necesario. En uno de los restorantes (Il Veliero), propiedad de los dueños de la casa, se comía francamente bien. Miticus era la alternativa económica para cenar pizza y cerveza.
La playa, con sus chiringuitos, estaba a 10 minutos a pie. La entrada en el agua tenía un poco de pendiente pero aun así era muy bonita. Otras playas (Sa Ruxi, Mari Pintau, Porto Giunco) estaban a 10, 20 o 30 minutos en coche.
Los dueños muy atentos y simpáticos.

Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen, der Garten ist noch schöner als im Internet. Sehr gepflegt und wunderschön nicht nur für unser Kind, aber auch für uns um sich zu entspannen und erholen. Die Wohnung war sauber und wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter sind sehr liebenswerte Menschen, die sich um Ihre Gäste kümmern. Ein süßer Hund Brichola und zwei Pferde waren für unser Kind ein weiteres Highlight.
Die Vermieter sind Besitzer vom Il Veliero Restaurant im Ort. Das Essen war erste Klasse. Wir waren mehrmals dort in den zwei Wochen.
Solanas ist sehr gut gelegen. Es gibt Schnellstraße zur Costa Rei. Man ist in 20min auf den schönsten Stränden dort. Gleich so schnell ist man in Villasimius. Der Strand in Solanas ist nicht von den schönsten, aber der chilligste und sehr sauber, was man für Simius Strand der meistbesuchte auf Sardinien ist, nicht sagen kann.
Was uns gefehlt hat war ein schöner Kinderspielplatz im Ort.
Alles in allem, wenn wir wieder auf Sardinien gehen würden, würden wir die Wohnung wieder mieten wollen.
