Enjoy this cozy cottage with access to 400' shared frontage on West Grand Traverse Bay. The cottage has two quaint bedrooms, one bathroom, with wood floors and an enclosed porch. The enclosed porch is a perfect area to dine or simply relax. Outside there is a picnic table and charcoal grill for dining outdoors. Enjoy the spacious grounds and shared beach area. Water access is just across the yard. (You do not have to cross a road.)
This is a wonderful central location for exploring all the best of Leelanau. Lots of fun is available in Northport during the summer, including the Northport Wine & Craft Beer Festival, Leelanau UnCaged, the Northport Dog Parade, and fireworks on the Fourth of July. Northport is only 4 miles from the cottage.
One dog is allowed. We ask that you please clean up after your pet.

This cute little cottage is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, and is located in the perfect area for exploring the Leelanau Peninsula! My family stayed here for a week with our dog, and really enjoyed the quiet, peaceful beach. There are plenty of dog-friendly restaurants with patios in Suttons Bay and Northport, so we had no problems finding nearby places to grab dinner. The mattresses could use updating and some of the kitchen items were in rough shape, but overall it was a nice place to stay and we had a great time!

We loved the location, the peace and solace of it. The house was very clean,though it could use some updates: the windows stick and are difficult to close;a strip of wood with nails in it in the kitchen area is not securely attached; there were ants coming out of the bathtub faucet on our last day, and a fan in the bathroom would be so nice. Overall, it's a beautiful spot and everyone involved was very nice and helpful.
