The owner is very kind. Check-in Easy and we can park in front of the entrance. The bathroom Is spacious. The AC works well.
Nothing. Only the city of Civitavecchia, too much garbage.

So very nice breakfast room! Bright with a covered outdoor porch! Host and his sweet mom were very friendly & welcoming to us.
Food was self serve and good assortment of breakfast fixins and drinks.
There was no railings up the steep stairs inside or out.
