Beautiful villa "Angela", 2 storeys. 6 km from the centre of Calpe, 8 km from the centre of Moraira, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. Private: property (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 50 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 900 m, sandy beach "Playa de la Fustera" 1 km. Sports harbour 2 km, marina 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
